Your staff is very polite and courteous. We appreciate the coffee/tea service that is offered. We sat in the waiting area reading and it wasn't long before my Forester was ready. I am not sure it Bruce's position is service manager or customer representative, but I want you to know that he is excellent at what he does. He is a people person and has great communication skills and is very helpful. I am sure it must be tough dealing with customers all day, but he is very friendly, patient and helpful.
